The guy came to the door trying to sell different types of meats. I really wasn't interested and told him I didn't trust meat sold out of trucks hoping that would get rid of him.

That's when his "boss" came up to the door and really started his pitch about free range and satisfaction guaranteed, etc. I'm usually not this guillable, but they had their sales pitch down pat. My mom and I bought a case of steaks plus a separate box of tilapia. That night, we tried the steaks.

Horrible! Gummy, gristly, no taste at all. I told her I was going to call the next day and just get our money back. WRONG!

They only do exchanges.

Well, if 2 steaks out of 2 different boxes were both this terrible, what makes me think I'll get any different if I drive all the way to their closest store and exchange? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys.

I live in Cincy also. About 8-9 years ago I had the same thing happen.

Bought some. Did not cook up right and had a strange taste.

I guess it was meat, just not sure what kind. I wound up taking it downtown and donating it to the homeless people on Vine street.
